The Technology behind Jimco FLO-D Mini Mark 2 automated disinfection system

The FLO-D Mini Mark 2 is using Jimco UV-C technology to produce Ozone by capturing the air in the room through the system’s UV-C chamber where oxygen O2 contained in the air is converted to ozone O3. The ozone then blows out and spread into the room eliminating bacteria and virus.

 

Depending on the calculated UV-C dosage, a kill rate of 99.9% of all microorganisms may be achieved. 

 

Ozone treatment typically last 3 hours with a FLO-D Mini Mark 2 which will eliminate bacteria and virus as well as reduce the amount of organic matter in which bacteria thrive and reproduce.

 

The process is controlled by the Jimco PLC-control and the special UV-C sensors developed by JIMCO, ensure that the UV-C light is 100% effective to surface disinfection as well as Ozone sensors measures the level of Ozone injected to the room.

 

The calibrated amount of OZONE created by the specially designed and controlled UV-C lamps destructs the structure of and kills viruses, bacteria, fungi, and mold.
